Human Skills Are the Advantage

When everyone has access to the same technology, how you communicate, connect, and show up is what sets you apart.

I help teens and professionals build those skills for the moments that matter.

Introduce Yourself To The World

How you introduce yourself goes far beyond your name and handshake. It’s how you communicate, carry yourself, connect with others, and respond when the moment doesn’t go exactly as planned. Those moments shape how people remember you, trust you, and respond to you.

About

I’ve spent my career in rooms where how you communicate, carry yourself, and connect with people matters.

As Chief of Protocol at Andrews Air Force Base, I worked behind the scenes of visits involving world leaders, senior military officials, government leaders, and the President of the United States. Before that, I worked in luxury hospitality and international environments where details, presence, and people skills shaped every interaction.

Today, I bring those lessons into the work I do with teens and professionals.

I teach practical skills you can use when you need to speak up, make an impression, navigate an unfamiliar situation, or handle a moment you didn’t rehearse.

Confidence is Easier When You Know What to Do

Etiquette is one piece of that foundation. Real confidence also comes from knowing how to speak up, connect with others, and adjust when the moment changes.

Etiquette, at its core, is about respect. When you know how to act, communicate, and respond appropriately, you show respect for yourself and for the people around you. Those choices tell others that their time, presence, and experience matter.

That’s what builds trust, earns respect, and strengthens the way people experience you.
